Shipping & Returns

At JLcostech, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We offer free shipping to appointed logistics warehouses in Korea. Imposition of surcharge for small quantity orders may appeal. We process orders within 3-7 business days depending on the stock availability, and shipping times vary depending on the delivery location.

Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Customers are made aware that all sales are considered final, and there are no provisions for refunds or exchanges, regardless of the circumstances.
